Just got the new self-released record from The New Trust in the mail earlier this week and it really is a beautiful package. This is the band’s follow up to 2007’s Dark Is The Path Which Lies Before Us. The New Trust are one of those “hard-to-explain” bands. I’m not sure how a band can be described as tuneful and difficult at the same time but The New Trust seem to pull it off. Paired down to a three piece, the band continues to intrigue on Get Vulnerable. You can order the album directly from the band on either CD or 12″ white vinyl (with the CD inside).
